Key Responsibilities of the role are:

Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years IT experience with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect

- Strong development background with an understanding of the full SDLC
- Strong knowledge of Application interface design and specification
- Strong knowledge of the Application stack structure and the data flows within
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts to create original ideas and business / technological proposals.
- Experience developing and architecting applications using recognised frameworks; such as TOGAF and Zachman.
- Ability to present and communicate complex technical information clearly within all the levels of stakeholder.
- Excellent design skills, with experience of delivering end-to-end specifications, component and interface descriptions, use-cases, data flow diagrams and UML design for large scale multi-tier platforms
- Candidates must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

As a result of their success we are now looking for an ambitious Systems Analyst to help support a number of upcoming major projects.
Key Responsibilities of the role are:
- Identify system analysis tasks required for a business issue and ability to estimate task duration
- Implements system requirements by defining and analysing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.
- Undertake feasibility studies with the business users, document and report to the business owner and program office.
- Adherence to project scope as detailed in the Project Initiation document and dictated by the project /program manager.
- Undertake system analysis and document to corporate templates (process mapping, requirements definition, functional specification, test scripts).
- Where appropriate produce entity and data flow diagrams to assist the technical design of a project.
- Facilitate the co-ordination of users, meetings, workshops etc to enable requirements gathering.
- Support test activities (both system test and user acceptance test) by writing /reviewing (or the support of) of test plans (e.g. test approach, objectives, types of test to be conducted, planned test coverage) and specifications for each software project.
- Running tests, reporting defects and monitoring error clearance activities.
- Project management of small to medium size work packages (if required).
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years project experience on medium to large scale projects in a Finance/Banking related industry
- Proven track record of business analysis on ICT and non-ICT projects
- Prince 2 or similar methodology would be useful
- Educated to degree level or demonstrate experience to such
- Working in a process led change environment

Our client has a requirement for an IT Service Support Analyst. The role is to provide first and second level support, encompassing service desk, desk side, server and infrastructure support to ensure that the client infrastructure, network and their associated back-office dependencies are both available and optimised for peak performance. In addition to this primary role the analyst may also be involved in the implementation of new IT technical projects.
This is a key position within the IT department and therefore requires a highly self-motivated individual who has the desire to succeed. The main responsibilities will be:
