Resourcing and Recruitment

TD Group’s business model ensures that no assignment is too big for us to undertake.

We have our own extensive database of candidates across both IT and other business roles and are linked into multiple job sites, job boards and search engines across the different business sectors. This investment, along with our diverse business knowledge, allows us to quickly find and filter the right candidates for you, from both the UK and international job markets.

Our permanent assignments to date have ranged from singleton roles such as Business Analyst, Developer or Chief Systems Architect through to the recruitment of an entire IT team. Our scalability is further demonstrated by the successful recruitment and on-boarding of 150 plus personnel for the management, administration and customer services teams for a group of 40 nationwide business centres. We have also undertaken extensive work in the recruitment of supply chain roles including merchandising, buying and marketing.

We believe our extensive experience in working with large corporate clients enables us to not only identify the correct skill sets and the right personality but to really understand the true essence of what is required for your organisation. We often find ourselves being able to add further value whether that be in role definition or organisational design.

In the contract and interim markets we view our associates as an extension of our own team. As such we are highly selective to ensure that those individuals in temporary assignments meet the same stringent criteria as our own staff. Software Development Projects

We have extensive experience in software development using traditional methodologies such as waterfall, and using more recent innovations such as Agile and Scrum.

Testing Services

It is staggering to think that it is only in more recent times that testing is becoming recognised and seen as increasingly important. Using the partnership aspect of TD Group we are able to help you meet any testing need, whether that be whole teams, individual testers or the application of automated testing tools. Systems Migration

As in testing, fully outsourced systems migrations are becoming increasingly attractive to clients who do not wish to invest in additional permanent resource, hardware capacity or the retraining of existing teams to successfully complete the project. Through our partnerships with system migration experts we are able to provide you with a complete service to migrate systems from one platform to another in a guaranteed and cost effective manner.

Infrastructure Design and Rollout

Designing and implementing the effective roll-out of an ever changing infrastructure requires excellent technical knowledge and project management expertise. Our people have been responsible for a variety of projects in challenging and time-critical environments such as the retail, automotive, pharmaceutical and financial business sectors.
